A Flutter app over the dealer platform: native sign-in with biometric unlock, push that opens the right screen, store releases from CI.
The problem
Dealers work on the move, and a browser tab gives them no push, no biometric sign-in and no place in the stores.
Rebuilding the whole web platform natively would have doubled the product to maintain.
What we built

A native shell over the web platform
Native sign-in, secure token storage and biometric unlock wrap the platform’s screens, so a change on the web ships to the app too.

Push and deep links
Notifications open the matching screen, app links route into the app, and each platform keeps one active session.
- 03
A store pipeline in CI
fastlane lanes for a staged Google Play rollout and the App Store release, with release notes taken from the changelog.
What runs now
We ship App Store and Google Play releases from CI and track crashes in Sentry.
